When will my order arrive?

You can pick a delivery date 7 days from now or you can pick a date for next year! Either way, we will make you fresh Floof and have it delivered on or right before the delivery date that you pick. For any specific accommodations or inquiries, don't hesitate to contact us directly at info@floofcc.com. We're here to help!

 

How long does the cotton candy last?

Our cotton candy is sealed immediately after spinning to maintain its freshness. Unopened packages will stay fresh for 1-2 weeks. Once opened, we recommend enjoying it within a few hours for the best taste and texture.

 

How should I store the cotton candy?

To keep your cotton candy at its best, avoid refrigeration. Instead, store it in an airtight container at room temperature. Remember to open the container just before serving, and avoid serving it in humid outdoor conditions.

Our Floof cakes serve 8-10 adults and 10-12 kiddos (thinner slices).

Please go to the Events tab to put in a request. We will reserve a date for an event upon receipt of deposit.

Our products are sealed immediately after the cotton candy is spun to ensure it's fresh when you open it! We recommend that you consume your cotton candy as soon as you break the seal so it can be enjoyed in its freshest state. Unopened, it will last 1-2 weeks. Once opened, the cotton candy is best within a few hours.

We are a mobile business based out of Auburn, California. Local pickup is at 174 Kenmass Ave. Auburn, CA 95603. You can find us spinning year-round throughout Northern California at various food truck events, family festivals, and local indoor locations.

Cotton candy should NOT be refrigerated. It is best left in an air tight container at room temperature. Open the container right before serving and don't serve it outside in humidity.

Our products are vegan and are nut free, dairy free, soy free and gluten free! We also offer dye-free, cotton candy options.

We will travel up to 30 miles for an event. There will be an additional travel fee for events over 30 miles away. Please go to the events tab on our website for more information.
